Howard appointed to UA’s ACRE Leadership Council

WASHINGTON, DC – (RealEstateRama) — Amanda Howard began her career as a real estate agent in 1999 in Chicago, Illinois, and eventually became the No. 1 Real Estate Team in Alabama.

During her 17-year career, she has been featured at local and national speaking engagements including real estate panels. She is the founder and CEO of Amanda Howard Real Estate, which opened in 2009 in Huntsville.

Along with her Team, she helped more than 630 families as they purchased and sold homes in 2015. In 2015, Howard and her firm received the endorsement of Real Estate Mogul and host of Shark Tank, Barbara Corcoran. Howard’s firm was listed in the Wall Street Journal as leading top 1 percent of Teams in America ranking them No. 42 in the nation, America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends ranked her firm the No, 1 Real Estate Team in Alabama in two categories:

Team Professionals – Transaction Sides and Team Professionals – Sales Volume.

Amanda Howard Real Estate caught the attention of Inc. 5000 as one of America’s Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies for their impressive 104 percent growth in the past three years. Howard also was featured as one of the HousingWire’s 2015 Women of Influence.

While leading her team of real estate experts, she joined the ranks of Corcoran Consulting and Coaching, a top coaching firm, as ‘CEO Coach’ to share advice and coaching to other real estate teams and firms across the country. Her corporate umbrella consists of corporate headquarters in Huntsville, with a second office location in Madison. Howard is in the process of opening her third location to be announced very soon. Outside her real estate firm, Howard has invested in two other startup companies that complement her real estate services. Plans for expansion continue to thrive as she has taken North Alabama by storm and proudly believes in the economic force of our area.

The Alabama Center for Real Estate is housed within the UA’s Culverhouse College of Commerce.
