May 14, 2009 – (RealEstateRama) — Registration continues for the 15th Annual Alabama Home Builders Foundation/US Gypsum/Davis Plumbing Co. Golf Classic. The tournament will take place this Thursday, May 14 at the Robert Trent Jones-Capitol Hill Course in Prattville.
Online registration has closed, but participants may still register on Wednesday until 5:00 p.m. by calling the HBAA at 1-800-745-4222. On-site registration is also available on Thursday morning beginning at 7:30 a.m. The tournament begins at 9:00 a.m.
Proceeds from the tournament benefit the Foundation\’s scholarship program, providing educational opportunities to students wishing to study the building trades at any two-year, four-year or technical college in Alabama. This year, the Foundation will give away more than 80 scholarships to deserving students around the state.
The Foundation teams ($1,000 per team or $250 per player) vie for the prestigious Foundation Cup. Classic teams are also available for $500 each.
